This year, collaborators Michael McCarty and Mark McLaughlin researched and wrote GHOSTS OF THE QUAD CITIES, a nonfiction paperback, for national publisher Arcadia Publishing/The History Press. They’re very excited about this project, since they both love the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities.

The book was released Sept. 16, 2019, and you’ll be fascinated by the facts they’ve discovered. The introduction was written by The Amazing Kreskin, who also wrote the introduction for their book, DRACULA TRANSFORMED.

GHOSTS OF THE QUAD CITIES tells of the many area hauntings that have been chronicled over the years, and provides a historical overview of this vibrant bi-state community. They’ve also interviewed many great Quad-Citians who provided their fascinating insights. To find out more or order the book, visit
